Zoals we eerder deze week al konden berichten, zal RSCA Futures zo goed als zeker fel verzwakt aan de aftrap komen tegen Beerschot VA omdat maar liefst acht spelers mee op stage zijn met de A-ploeg. Maar de tegenstanders van Club NXT, SL16 FC  en Jong Genk zullen dit weekend wél een ploeg op (zo goed als) volle sterkte treffen.

Zo nam Club Brugge ook heel wat talenten van Club NXT mee op stage naar Marbella. Maar in tegenstelling tot Anderlecht is Club al wel weer terug in het land. De Spaanse stage loopt vandaag (vrijdag) ten einde waardoor de Brugse talenten tijdig terug zijn om Lommel SK partij te geven op zaterdagavond.

Ook KRC Genk nam heel wat jonge Genkies mee. Brad Manguelle, Alfred Caicedo, Thomas Claes, Noah Adedeji-Stenberg, Christian Akpan en Konstantinos Karetsas vervoegden de eerste ploeg tijdens hun stage in Spanje; maar ook Genk is sinds kort terug in het land. De Limburgers nemen vandaag (vrijdag) het vliegtuig richting België waardoor de zes talenten gewoon mee aan kunnen treden tijdens de zondagmatch van Jong Genk tegen SK Deinze.

Extra terugvlucht

En ook bij Standard waren er tijdens de stage in Marbella enkele plekjes voorzien voor de jeugd. Matthieu Epolo, Tom Poitoux, Henry Lawrence, Noah Mawete, Hakim Sahabo en Brahim Ghalidi zaten mee op het vliegtuig richting Spanje. De stage van Standard duurt nog tot zaterdag; maar de meeste youngsters keerden vroeger terug om paraat te zijn voor de match tegen SK Beveren (zaterdagnamiddag). Enkel Sahabo bleef nog wat langer bij de A-ploeg.
